Domond Touch of Restoration was created to help others gain access to home ownership, by helping to purchase, preserve, and repair their homes. Home ownership has helped people out of poverty all over the world. With your support we can help countless of families achieve homeownership, repair and maintain their homes and have a better future for themselves and their families.

Overview

Help millions people come out of poverty across the world.
Single non married applicants’ maximum income to be – $65K a year or less.
Married applicants maximum combined income to be $99K or less.
We will use these guidelines for the grant.
This grant will be given out based on immediate needs. Yes, anyone can apply to be qualified.
When you receive the grant – you have 6 months to use the funds.
You can request 30 days extension based on the guidelines set.
Money will be held in Escrow and given at the time of your closing.
In today’s market with the property value as is, the average person is priced out and we can help individuals get there faster.
Once you qualify, we will assist you in using the funds within the 6 months to ensure you don’t loose them.
Purpose – Help purchase – Preserve -and maintain.
There isn’t a quip pro quo to this grant. You don’t have to give anything to get anything.

LEADERSHIP

Domond’s Touch of Restoration is managed by a dedicated Board of Directors, and Senior Staff Member.

Their responsibilities are to establish policies and directing work to purchase, preserve, repair, and improve housing in low-income areas for those families.

Domond’s Touch of Restoration is a passion project for our founder, Evens Domond.

Evens has expressed the joy it makes him feel when someone receives their keys to their home and the realization that the process is complete.
